What We Do
Here at DMI Racing we build high-end custom billet wheel spacers for Cars, Trucks and ATV's. While our primary customers are in the ATV racing and recreational market, we are fast becoming known for our wheel adapters and hub centric spacers that we custom manufacture for local wheel and tire companies. Whether it's a standard bolthole circle or you want to make your wheel adapt to your vehicle, we have the product for you.

We also build mounting hardware for a local wakeboard company that custom manufactures wakeboard towers. These towers are mounted to the boats using our own billet design and can handle some of the most abusive days on the water.

All DMI Racing wheel adapter style spacers are built from solid 6061-T6, certified aircraft grade aluminum bar stock. It is then machined to tight tolerances for the strength, durability and precision that you need. We do not use cast blanks for our spacers, which is considered a cheap and inexpensive manufacturing method that can sometimes compromise quality for cost. Some potential problems that can occur are air pockets or physical impurities that can lead to product failure. Nor do we use any stud extenders or super plastics. While we do have what can be considered a standard line of spacers, we take the approach of handcrafting each order and building them to your specifications.

Advantage DMI
As we all know, ATV's are a bit top heavy and come standard with a narrow wheelbase, which can sometimes lead to unfortunate accidents. Most of us do not have the extra money to spend on effective yet expensive A-arms and axles. One solution that most people are turning to is wheel spacers. A wheel spacer allows you to add offset to your wheels by the width of the spacer, giving a wider wheelbase. Spacers can be made in any lug pattern and any thickness. DMI provides the highest quality products with Safety number one.
