DMIRacing.com is a secure e-commerce website. All information entered and submitted is encrypted. All information collected is used only by DMI Racing for order processing and opt-in marketing and never shared or sold with anyone.


Ordering Information

Product Pricing & Availability
All pricing is subject to change without notice. All items are in-stock and available for immediate shipment unless otherwise noted. Due to product demand, product availability is not garanteed. If you order an item that is not in-stock or shipment will be delayed, you will be conacted using the information supplied during the ordering process.

Order Processing

DMI Racing accepts only VISA and MasterCard. We do not accept Check, Money Order and/or COD at this time. A credit card will not be charged until the item has shipped. However, all custom orders are billed immediately.

Product Warranty

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send back the unopened/unused item to us within 15 days of receipt/delivery for a refund (shipping is not refunded). A 20% restocking fee is applied on all returns. No returns on custom, closeout, discontinued or used items. If you ordered the wrong size or style, we will exchange it for the correct one (a cost adjustment may be necessary depending on part). If a part breaks under normal usage, we will replace it for free. Any item damaged due to abuse will not be warrantied (DMI will determine if part was abused). If you have received any missing or defective component parts with your order, such as wheel studs, please let us know and will will replace them for free.


Shipping Information

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours pending payment processing and product availability. All orders shipped will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. We ship UPS Ground (7-10 days), UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on shipment weight. You, the customer, is responible for all shipping costs in all situations. There are no refunds on shipping. You can check the status of your order via email or by calling us. Please include your full name and order/invoice number with all inquiries. We ship UPS, so tracking your shipment is easy. Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number for your order so that you can track it.

Free shipping pomotions are for ground shipping only, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs/discounts are calculated at checkout.


Return Policy

No returns on custom, closeout, used or discontinued items. Only unopened/unused or defective items may be returned.
